Neat Fleet ("we", "us") provides carpet, upholstery and vehicle cleaning services in Pretoria, South Africa. We respect your privacy and process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
1. Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, phone number and email address when you message, call or email us.
- Booking details — your suburb or address, what you'd like cleaned, and any details you share to help us quote and complete the job.
- Payment records — proof of payment and invoicing details where applicable. We do not store card numbers.
Our website itself does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or contact forms. Quotes and bookings happen over WhatsApp, phone or email.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To schedule, perform and follow up on cleaning services, including our re-clean guarantee.
- To invoice you and keep records required by law (e.g. tax records).
- To contact you about your booking. We will not send marketing messages without your consent.
3. WhatsApp and third parties
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We only share it where necessary to run the business (e.g. accounting) or where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep booking and invoicing records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes (generally five years), after which they are deleted. Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within a reasonable period.
5. Security
We take reasonable, appropriate steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Only the people who need your details to serve you have access to them.
6. Your rights under POPIA
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
