Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Neat Fleet website and to cleaning services booked with us. By using this site or booking a service, you accept these terms.

1. Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown on this website, including totals from the pricing calculator, are estimates only and are confirmed on WhatsApp before your booking.
• Estimates exclude heavy soiling surcharges and travel beyond 20 km, which we'll flag before we start.
• Minimums apply as displayed: 5 office chairs per visit, a R600 carpet call-out (covers up to 30 m²), and 3 vehicles per on-site quick-wash visit.
• Prices may change from time to time; the price confirmed at booking is the one that applies.

2. Bookings and access

• Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp, by phone or email once we agree a date, time and price.
• You must arrange reasonable access to the premises or vehicle, plus access to water and electricity where the job requires it.
• Please tell us in advance about delicate fabrics, existing damage, or stains you're aware of.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours before the appointment). Late cancellations or no-shows where our team has already travelled to you may incur a call-out fee, which we'll communicate upfront.

4. Re-clean guarantee

If any area we cleaned is below standard, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we'll return to re-clean it at no charge. The guarantee covers the areas and items included in the original booking.

5. Our responsibility

• We work carefully and use professional equipment and products appropriate to each surface.
• Some stains, wear, and pre-existing damage cannot be fully removed or reversed; we cannot guarantee the removal of every stain.
• We are liable for damage directly caused by our negligence. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. business or contract accounts). Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.

7. Website use

• The content on this website is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
• All branding, logos, images and content on this site belong to Neat Fleet and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• Links to third-party services (such as WhatsApp) are governed by those services' own terms.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page.
